Nanoplus offers SLDs within a wavelength range from 980nm to 2300nm.

These SLDs combine the broad spectral width of a light emitting diode with the high output power of a laser diode. SLDs are of particular interest as light sources in fiber gyroscopes or for medical applications as for example for low coherence tomography.
The spectral width of the light emission is relatively broad (-10dB width > 100nm) with low spectral ripples. In continuous wave operation the output power of the SLDs at room temperature is several mW. On special request SLDs with emission wavelength between 760nm up to 2400nm can be provided.
A wide variety of packaging options is available for nanoplus SLD devices including standardized TO headers (TO5.6 and TO9mm with and without window caps) but also Peltier and fiber coupled modules. Detailed data sheets of our SLD products will soon be available in the product section.
