nanoplus single mode laser diodes are based on a unique, internationally patented metal grating approach. The distributed feedback (DFB) lasers in the near and mid infrared provide single mode emission with superb optical properties for a wide range of applications requiring high performance including:
• | gas sensing, | | • | metrology, | | • | medical sensing and | | • | telecom. |
| | nanoplus lasers are operating reliably in more than 5000 installations worldwide including power plants and gas pipelines as well as airborne and satellite applications. Stringent quality tests of the lasers ensure that even the most challenging specifications are met. All production processes are fully documented and traceable according to ISO 9001 requirements. nanoplus single mode DFB laser diodes are available with a variety of standard packaging options including thermoelectric temperature control and coupling to optical fibers. Lasers may be ordered as chip on submount assembly, mounted in various TO-cans and fiber coupled modules. Customer-specific packaging is available on request.
